We are the Corporate Responsibility Team, a part of our People & Culture function, passionate about making a meaningful social and environmental impact. We are working on topics like Sustainability or Diversity, Equity & Inclusion while contributing to meaningful initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion within our organization.

Your Tasks

• Assist in the development and implementation of our Corporate Responsibility Roadmap and initiatives.
• Help coordinate Corporate Responsibility training sessions, workshops, and events.
• Contribute to the creation of internal communications and marketing materials related to Corporate Responsibility efforts.
• Support research and data collection on Corporate Responsibility metrics and employee engagement surveys.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote Corporate Responsibility best practices across the organization.
• Assist with administrative tasks and project management as needed.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, Sustainability Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in Corporate Responsibility topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus.
