What You Will Do


We are looking for a strong Marketing Technology & Optimization Manager to help drive our growth across all key markets and regions, ensuring everything we deliver is produced to a high standard, focused on the needs of our users, and tailored to the specific channel and audience. Your content will help think-cell strengthen its brand presence and leadership in the productivity and data visualization space



In this position, you will be part of the global marketing team, as well as the other team members and stakeholders from product, tech and sales


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack with focus on acquisition (Matomo, Google Analytics, Website / CMS, A/B testing tools and LP creation)

  • Create, maintain and implement tags to track critical events that help us assess & analyze our marketing campaigns across all channels, focusing on compliance and privacy requirements
  • with the marketing team to enable effective use of automation tools for campaigns, webinars, ABM, and more

  • Introduce and maintain A/B testing tools across the web landing pages and acquisition flows. Support testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement of marketing tactics based on data

  • Collaborate with the web development team and marketing team on website optimisation

  • In collaboration with the Data and Revenue Operations teams, maintain data hygiene and support segmentation, personalization, and attribution modeling

  • Act as a liaison between marketing, revenue ops, and data team to troubleshoot tech and process issues

  • Introduce new tools and best practices to the marketing team


You will be great for this position if you have 


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, CMS management, SEO/CRO or a related field

  • Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), tag management (GTM), and data connectors/integration tools (Zapier, Segment, etc.)

  • Knowledge of privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

  • Experience working with web developers on website management and optimization of the web flows

  • Experience integrating an A/B testing approach into a marketing function – from web flows, landing pages to paid campaigns and creatives

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, campaign attribution, and funnel metrics

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
