Account Executive

to join their ranks



Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth within the territory
  
• 
  Identify and nurture new business opportunities through both inbound and self-sourced leads
  
• 
  Conduct qualification meetings with C-level executives to understand client needs
  
• 
  Close deals and deliver revenue within either the SMB or Mid-Market sectors
  
• 
  Engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process
  
• 
  Partner with marketing and technology teams to refine and optimise sales strategies
  
• 
  Lead online product demonstrations and occasional in-person presentations
  
• 
  Leverage support from marketing and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years in a quota-carrying sales role, with proven success
  
• 
  Fluency in German and English
  
• 
  Experience in managing complex sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders
  
• 
  Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting
  
• 
  A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets
  
• 
  Familiarity with standardised sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Spin)
  
• 
  Technically savvy, adaptable, and eager to grow
  
• 
  Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  

Account Executive rewards

  A base salary of 40-60k

  First-year achievable OTE of 75-115k
