How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring the development of required skills and fostering a high-performance culture
• Acts as a role model and proactively leads transformation of organization and workforce, towards optimal support of the projects
• Lead Change Management to form an adaptive and flexible team on our way towards new business models
• Defines and ensures implementation of local and global Procurement standards, regulations and guidelines
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Completed studies in business administration, engineering or equivalent
• Longstanding years of experience in leading a diverse team in a global environment
• Experience in project management or in strategic or operational procurement
• Entrepreneurial & growth mindset
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

About The Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
