Introduction

Embark on a transformative journey to the stunning island of Alonnisos, Greece, where crystal-clear waters and diverse marine life await your help in preserving Europe's largest National Marine Park. Join our Marine Conservation Program for an immersive experience that combines learning, adventure, and community engagement.

Explore famous blue beaches and lush greenery reminiscent of scenes from Mamma Mia, while contributing to the protection of endangered Mediterranean monk seals, dolphins, turtles, and falcons. As a volunteer, you'll actively safeguard Alonnisos' marine ecosystem, encompassing six smaller islands and 22 uninhabited islets.

Daily Life

Discover The Beauty Of The Island While Participating In

  • Conservation projects, coastal and underwater clean-ups, and citizen science marine observations.
  • Recycling seminars to tackle plastic waste following the Precious Plastic community's concept.
  • Earning the globally recognized PADI scuba certification, joining the world's largest dive community.

Use your scuba skills to make a difference through underwater activities that contribute to a cleaner environment and healthier ecosystems. Join fellow volunteers to create positive change for the local community and promote environmental awareness!
