How You’ll Make An Impact

• Development and implementation of customized SharePoint solutions to support our global quality management processes, support in the management and maintenance of the SharePoint platform
• Creation and customization of web parts, add-ins, and workflows according to departmental requirements
• Ensuring user-friendliness and functional performance of the SharePoint environment
• Documentation of developed solutions and creation of user manuals
• Creation of filing structures or establishment of a file management system
• Support with Forms applications, with various Excel databases -> creation of graphs, macros for statistical evaluation, create Power Point Presentations and for training documents in e. g. Word
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Current Studies in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, or a related technical field
• Knowledge in Excel VBA programming, Excel functions and Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, knowledge of a programming language is an advantage (C#, HTML, JavaScript, Python)
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server, ideally, first practical experience in developing SharePoint solutions, such as creating web parts, add-ins, or workflows
• Ability to work with development and collaboration tools such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git, and SharePoint Designer
• Use of AI applications and support with the implementation in every day working life
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken German and English
