Your role
We’re a fast-growing company seeking a Quality Manager to lead a team of 15+ Quality Specialists across three product lines. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes for our customers.

Your role
We’re a fast-growing company seeking a Quality Manager to lead a team of 15+ Quality Specialists across three product lines. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Quality Specialists, ensuring key performance indicators and quality metrics are consistently met
- Monitor, evaluate and enhance product and process quality across all product lines
- Coordinate structured feedback loops and reporting with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
- Design and refine scalable processes, including tooling, metrics, and quality best practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, customer service) to streamline workflows and align quality initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality-focused role, including 2+ years in a management or leadership position.
- Strong applied knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, CAPA)
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in building dashboards and using data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- We’re looking for a self-starter who takes full ownership, thrives on autonomy, and consistently gets things done without needing to be micromanaged.
- Experience with AI-based products or reviewing AI-generated outputs
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and proactive mitigation strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to implementation
- A track record of scaling teams and and operational processes effectively
