The Opportunity
We are looking for a ServiceNow senior Client Executive to join the ServiceNow Business Group (SNBG) Practice to drive additional revenue growth specific to the ServiceNow solutions.
As a Client Executive, you will focus on establishing and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with our existing customers and bringing in new strategic customers for the company.
In addition to ensuring the growth and retention of our existing customer base, you will leverage your knowledge of the industry and our solution to attract and add new logos and customers.

As a Client Executive, you will focus on establishing and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with our existing customers and bringing in new strategic customers for the company.
In addition to ensuring the growth and retention of our existing customer base, you will leverage your knowledge of the industry and our solution to attract and add new logos and customers.
Key Responsibilities
In line with the Effective Selling Equaliser, these would be your main responsibilities:
Pipeline
- Work closely with existing customers to identify opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell and expand our services.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their changing needs and challenges.
- Position the value of our services to meet the specific requirements and objectives of existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by continually developing relationships and customer engagement and adding new opportunities.
- Actively collaborate with the marketing team to align with the overall company strategy and ensure the success of the different initiatives.
- Leverage events as opportunities to extend the customer network, building on established relationships of trust.
- Exceed customer expectations at all stages of the relationship, from sales to demonstrations and workshops, ensuring active listening, effective negotiation and clear communication.
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Meet and exceed established objectives outlined in your SIP.
- Implement methodologies defined by Cognizant SNBG to effectively convert opportunities into booked business.
- Continuously monitor and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve booking targets.
- 15+ years of highly successful commercial/enterprise technology sales experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a demonstrated track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quota;
- Experience with both short cycle (2 months) and long cycle (6 months) sales;
- Ability to partner with additional collaborators in a matrixed environment;
- Prior experience in presales solutioning in the ServiceNow Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing solution presentations, proposals (word / ppt), statements of work, effort price estimation and pricing/commercial model
- Good working experience with German market leading.
- Ability to articulate technology solution value proposition to business collaborators, partners and team members
- Experience with developing Trusted Advisor relationships at the C Level with in F200 & F500 Accounts
- Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
