What to expect:

• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Tackle key projects that touch multiple parts of our business - legal initiatives, property management optimization, data structuring, and beyond.
• Identify New Opportunities: Explore unconventional growth areas and untapped markets, helping us stay ahead of the competition.
• Execute with Ownership: Take full ownership of projects from inception through completion, making decisions and recommendations that directly impact our trajectory.
• Direct Support Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to our Head of M&A, providing critical support, insight, and problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
  
  

What you will add to our Crew:

• Previous experience in high-paced environments (Consulting, Banking, Start-Up, VC, etc.)
• An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to dive into diverse challenges with curiosity and initiative.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities with clarity and precision.
• A passion for strategic growth and innovation, comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across all levels of the company.
