Your tasks

• Configuration and support of client/server systems, networks and components at our customers' premises and remotely
• Personal and telephone support for our customers via remote maintenance
  
  

What we expect

• Completed training as an IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Windows clients and servers as well as Hyper-V and Exchange
• Knowledge of networks, routers and firewalls is an advantage
• Independence and good self-organization
• High sense of responsibility
• Confident appearance
• Communicative strengths in dealing with customers
• Perseverance and patience
• Willingness to undergo continuous further training
