As we grow, we’re looking for a highly capable and driven Founder’s Associate to act as the founder’s right hand — supporting daily operations, driving strategic projects, and enabling us to scale smarter and faster.

This is a unique opportunity to gain a front-row seat to running and growing a mission-driven business. You’ll work side-by-side with the founder across all aspects of the company — from client delivery and marketing to business development and internal operations.

Your role will be dynamic, strategic, and hands-on. You’ll help turn ideas into action, drive special projects, and ensure the founder stays focused on what matters most. This is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, curious, and eager to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the founder’s strategic partner — translating vision into execution.
• Drive strategic and cross-functional initiatives, from idea to execution.
• Initiate, prep, join, and follow up on internal and external partner meetings.
• Support client projects and programs with research, coordination, and delivery support.
• Assist with business development and strategic partnerships.
• Create presentations, reports, and other communications to support decision-making.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and improve how we work, incl. implementation of AI tools.
• Help build and maintain key relationships across clients, partners, and the broader ecosystem.

• 2–4 years of experience in top management consultancy, high-growth startup environment, or similar roles.Strong organizational abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• A strategic thinker who loves solving problems and driving initiatives.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Familiarity in tech industry, AI, or leadership development is a big plus.
