As a small, agile team, we’re ready to scale — and we’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Revenue Operations Manager to build the engine that will power our growth.
Your Mission:
This is your chance to architect RevOps from the ground up. As our first hire in this space, you’ll design and implement processes, systems, and insights that unlock commercial success.
You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and program managers, taking ownership of tools, data, and strategy — and bring clarity and efficiency to every stage of the client journey. Autonomy and initiative are a must — we’re lean, fast-moving, and ready for someone who loves building and iterating.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and optimize RevOps processes across sales, marketing, onboarding, and account management.
- Own our CRM and tools stack (HubSpot, Airtable, Notion — and whatever else you recommend).
- Create reporting and dashboards to drive pipeline visibility and smarter decisions.
- Design scalable systems and workflows that keep pace as we grow.
- Partner with the founder and program managers to refine GTM strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and document key processes and standards.
- Enable sales and marketing with playbooks, templates, and process guides.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline and simplify where possible.
- 3+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations (B2B, agency is a plus).
- Proven track record to build RevOps systems and processes from scratch.
- Hands-on CRM and tool landscape experience.
- Analytical mindset with a love for turning data into action.
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communicator and natural collaborator — especially in small teams.
- Bonus: Familiarity in tech industry, AI, or leadership development is a big plus.
