As a Global Product Manager for Spare Parts Management, your day begins with a review of market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing our spare parts offerings. You collaborate with cross-functional teams from Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to align on ongoing projects and strategies for optimizing spare parts management, with an initial focus on Switchgear.
You engage in customer discovery sessions to understand their challenges and gather insights that inform our spare parts solutions. Afterward, you concentrate on developing business cases and presentations for senior management, highlighting the value of your initiatives in addressing customer needs.
In strategy meetings, you define the roadmap for spare parts offerings across High Voltage assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Networking with global stakeholders fosters collaboration and the sharing of best practices, enabling you to drive innovative solutions. You wrap up your day by reflecting on accomplishments and planning for the next steps.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Play a crucial role in advancing our vision of delivering exceptional spare parts solutions for High Voltage assets, with an initial focus on Switchgear
- Concentrate on managing and enhancing our spare parts portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations
- Serve as the go-to expert for spare parts management, driving innovative business models that focus on scaling the business efficiently and reducing costs for both the company and customers
- Assume end-to-end business responsibility for the spare parts portfolio, from defining strategies and roadmaps to ensuring successful market entry and execution
- Identify customer needs and opportunities to maintain and develop the spare parts portfolio, leveraging insights from customer interactions and market analysis
- Continuously refine the spare parts portfolio based on customer feedback and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in business, engineering, or a related field, along with experience in product management, supply chain management, or marketing & sales
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in spare parts management or related fields, with a strong understanding of business models and customer problem-solving
- Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders across the globe, ensuring alignment with partners in Operations, Regions, and other Business Functions
- Excellent English skills
- Customer-centric and innovation-driven mindset, with a focus on identifying needs and opportunities to enhance the spare parts portfolio
- Exceptional networking and collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, high levels of independence, flexibility, ambition, and well-structured work habits
