As our Senior AI Project & Program Manager (f/m/d), you will oversee multiple projects and programs for the AI Frontier team, driving success for the business in the GenAI domain. Depending on your area of expertise, you may lead projects in Finance, Retail, Government, or Automotive sectors.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project roadmaps, aligning them with strategic business goals.
• Oversee multiple technical project teams, ensuring the objectives are met across various initiatives.
• Drive project and program progresses ensuring the set timelines and business goals are met
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, partners and clients to define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Implement and maintain program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across projects and programs.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Manage the solution implementation project lifecycle, from planning, implementing, testing, deployment, stabilizing to support and hand over.
• Drive continuous improvement in project and program management processes.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive experience in Project Management within Enterprise Software Environments, particularly in the GenAI, Finance, Government, Retail or Automotive domains.
• Strong experience leading technical teams in the Enterprise Software Environments.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven experience of managing complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment .
• Deep knowledge of the Enterprise Software Applications, particularly ERP, SCM or CRM systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in risk management, mitigation, and strategic thinking within a business-focused mindset.
• Native German proficiency and fluency in English are required.
