We are Germany’s largest vehicle marketplace, featuring around 1.4 million listed cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and e-bikes. Based in Berlin-Charlottenburg, we offer a dynamic environment where growth, learning, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. Since our founding in 1996, we have been shaping the way vehicles are bought and sold online - not only enabling direct transactions but also offering financing and leasing solutions. More than 40,000 registered vehicle dealers and millions of private customers rely on our platform, benefiting from 108 million visits each month. If you are driven by an eagerness to learn, have a passion for collaboration, and are excited about shaping the future of mobility, we would love to meet you.
mobile.de is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status.
Research shows that women and underrepresented groups often hesitate to pursue opportunities unless they meet every requirement. We strongly value diverse perspectives and encourage candidates from historically excluded backgrounds to apply.
Applicants must hold a valid right to work and permit to reside in Germany.
What You’ll Do & Who You Are
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support several members of our Executive Leadership Team at mobile.de. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about supporting high-impact leaders, and wants to grow alongside an ambitious business.
You’ll be the organizational backbone for your executive leaders—managing calendars, travel, meetings, and communications—while also getting involved in cross-functional projects and process improvements. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and brings a growth mindset to their work.
You will be joining a small team of Executive Assistants, working closely with other EAs to support the broader C-level team of mobile.de and collaborating with other executive support functions in the other companies that fall under the Adevinta umbrella. We are committed to building a collaborative, supportive environment that allows each assistant to contribute at their highest level.
