Your mission

At Quantica, we advance inkjet development by offering unique additive manufacturing systems and application development services to support industry leaders, organizations, and researchers. Our advanced inkjet technology enables digital and automated manufacturing with high-viscosity materials that were previously not jettable, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in additive manufacturing.

Your profile

We are seeking a proactive and organized Funding and Cooperations Lead to support and expand Quantica’s activities in the area of national and European funding. You will take ownership of managing grant applications, monitoring funded projects, and developing strategic partnerships. This is a part-time (50%) or freelance role with flexible working hours.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and manage German national (e.g., ZIM, KMU-innovativ) and European funding opportunities (EIC Accelerator, Eurostars, etc.).
• Coordinate the preparation, submission, and reporting of funding proposals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with funding agencies and project partners.
• Manage compliance, budgeting, and reporting for ongoing funded projects.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships and cooperation projects with startups, research institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Provide internal advisory on funding strategies to the management and technical teams.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in handling German and European grant programs (especially ZIM, KMU-innovativ, EIC, etc.).
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in collaborating with public authorities, funding bodies, and research partners.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on mentality.
• Understanding of technological and startup ecosystems is a strong plus.
