ServiceNow Senior Solution Consultant - Presales (d/f/m)

Location: Germany

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant (d/f/m) specializing in presales activities on the ServiceNow platform. You will work in a functional customer-facing position where you will consult with customers and prospects alike to discover and prescribe the benefits of cloud based rapid application development platform.

• You will perform product demonstrations, both standard and customized to potential and existing customers, both on-site and virtual;
• You will be responsible for planning and conducting proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers;
• You will respond to request for information/proposal documents
• You will stay up to date on product developments/releases to the level required for demos and POC/POCs, as well as competitive analysis;
• In conjunction with sales and professional services staff, you will conduct transition briefings and preparation for deployment;
• You will create and maintain templates and documentation for project scoping and proposal delivery;
• You will act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.
  
  

Your Qualification

• Excellent German language proficiency, reading, and writing capability - language level C1-C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR);
• Understanding of an agile work environment and able to work inside Scrum-based (or similar) projects;
• Experience with the ServiceNow Presales lifecycle;
• ServiceNow Pre-Sales certifications - desired
• College Degree (or equivalent experience) in the fields of Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related disciplines;
• Overall Presales experience of min. 8 years, at least 5 of them working in the ServiceNow ecosystem;
• Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information;
• Role model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing solutions;
