Team mission

As the Business Operations & Strategy team, we are driven by a singular vision: to curate the world's most exceptional inventory for Modern Explorers. Our mission is to offer an unparalleled selection of experiences, encompassing not only iconic attractions but also hidden gems in lesser-known destinations.

You will:

• Develop strategies to acquire supply at scale - in markets we're not present in today
• Coordinate diverse acquisition tactics across multiple channels to optimize ROI and effectiveness.
• Enhance our understanding of inventory gaps and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Guarantee the success of acquisitions in newly covered markets.
• Continuously refine and improve our acquisition tactics playbooks.

Who you are

• 3+ years in management consulting or 5+ years in Operations, Strategy, or Sales in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a marketplace or SaaS company.
• A self-starter with sharp operational acumen, ready to tackle projects with a bold, test-and-learn mindset.
• A strategic thinker and business developer, breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
• A data dynamo, using tools like Excel, Looker, and external datasets to fuel your strategies.
• Experienced managing cross-functional projects, aligning multiple stakeholders, and driving engagement and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
