Team mission

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, messaging, and lifecycle communication for our fast-growing travel creator community—one of the largest in the world.

In this role, you’ll treat the creator community as a product: identifying and deeply understanding our audience segments, driving top-of-the-funnel awareness and acquisition, and crafting personalised messaging and value propositions that drive conversion, engagement, and retention.

You’ll sit at the intersection of community, content, and product marketing, developing strategic campaigns that enhance the community offering for both potential and existing members.

You will:

Community as Product: Strategy & Positioning

• Define and own the value proposition and messaging for our creator community across audience segments (nano, micro, and mid-tier creators)
• Craft and optimize the messaging across the user journey—from social follower to active community member
• Develop a communication strategy that scales across geographies and tiers, focused on creator needs and behavior
• Translate community insights and feedback into refined positioning, product features, and marketing content

Lifecycle Communication & Engagement

• Design and execute a multi-channel engagement strategy (email, CRM, social, events) tailored to acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention phases
• Drive lifecycle campaigns to move creators through the funnel—improving conversion rates from follower → applicant → active member
• Create campaigns that highlight the benefits, tools, and success stories within the community to reinforce value and foster advocacy
• Manage the community Instagram and TikTok accounts, including editorial planning and creative production
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance, using data to inform content and targeting decisions
• Own and track KPIs including conversion rates, onboarding activation, engagement levels, and community retention.

Who you are

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or creator/influencer marketing
• Proven track record of segmenting audiences to improve product adoption and conversion rates and optimizing value propositions
• Proven experience managing lifecycle marketing strategies and content across owned channels (CRM and social)
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable owning KPIs and using data to optimize campaigns and messaging
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Braze, or similar CRM platforms
• Exceptional communication and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working in the creator economy or on community-led products is a big plus
