As an Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will lead the creation and scaling of new business units from the ground up. In this highly strategic and operational role, you’ll work directly with the CEO and COO to drive business growth by launching the new venture, optimizing operations, and delivering sustainable results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-End Business Unit Creation: Take full ownership of launching a new business unit - overseeing every aspect from operational setup, legal coordination, financial planning, to team development, ensuring each unit goes live on time and on budget.
• Business Development & Revenue Growth: Focus on maximizing revenue by increasing capacity, optimizing operational processes, and driving customer acquisition strategies to meet growth targets.
• Multi-Stakeholder & Project Management: Lead cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external partners - managing relationships with contractors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business unit rollouts.
• Performance Tracking & Iteration: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the new business unit, evaluate performance against business objectives, and refine strategies based on data to continuously improve operations and outcomes.
• Team Building & Leadership: Help lay the foundation for the future business unit team, defining organizational structures, developing talent pipelines, and recruiting key team members.
  
  

What You Need To Shine

• Relevant Experience: 2-3 years in top-tier consulting, plus exposure to startup environment is a strong advantage.
• Analytical Strength: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
• Conceptional Skills: strong ability to understand and map out processes as well as improve them over time.
• Decision-Making: Ability to make fast, independent decisions based on robust data analysis.
• Project Management Skills: Project Management Skills: Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery, effective stakeholder management, and cross-functional alignment.
• Language Skills: fluent in German and English.
