You’ll break new ground by

• Management Presentations & Dashboards: You will assist in the creation of various management presentations and dashboards, aimed at facilitating strategic decision-making processes.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: You will participate in building and validating reports form data analysis, generating strategic insights and recommendations from your findings.
• Workshops & Team meetings: Your role will be crucial in the planning, execution, and follow-up activities of workshops and program meetings.
• Competitive Analysis: You will contribute to conducting competitive analyses, aimed at assessing our market positioning and identifying potential strategic improvements.
• Communication & Documentation: You will assist in maintaining program related communication across various digital communication channels.
  
  

Your success is grounded in

• Educational Background: You should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must for working in our international team. German language skills would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office: You should be well-versed with essential MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: You should have the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make strategic recommendations.
• Problem-Solving Ability: you should be able to identify problems, think critically, and come up with solutions. This will be crucial in every aspect of your work.
• Organizational and Communication Skills: You should be adept at coordinating and conducting workshops and effectively communicating with diverse teams.
• Teamwork Skills: You should be comfortable working in a team, contributing your ideas, and collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
