About This Role

In this role, you will be taking care of HR administration, bringing new insights, ideas, taking care of company environment, organizing company events and process alignment.

You will be part of our HR team of four. Where your key task will be to provide HR service for Germany and Austria colleagues.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employee concerns in Germany and Austria
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, and generate reports for workforce analysis.
• Track and analyze key HR metrics, including turnover, retention, and recruitment effectiveness.
• Execution of all necessary processes during employee onboarding and offboarding
• Temporary assumption of payroll tasks
• Participation in HR projects and support in operational HR tasks
  
  

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration
• Strong knowledge of German & Austrian labor law
• Expertise in HRIS management, tooling implementation and workflow optimization
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized
• Ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential
• Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills in German (native level) and English (corporate language)
