This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our Berlin office.

What You Will Do

• Oversee campaign launches for Marketplace Supply deals from start to finish, including setup, troubleshooting, delivery, and optimization
• Act as the subject matter expert for the client services and sales teams in terms of best practices and monetization capabilities
• Provide avails guidance to client services team and implement yield management when setting up deals
• Work closely with product team to assess product capabilities across formats
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements including, but not limited to, workflow, enhanced reporting & revenue optimization
• Focus on supply optimization and management through inventory performance analysis, margin and inventory optimization, and collaborating with the supply team to source inventory
  
  

Job Requirements

What you will bring?

• 1-2 years of experience in AdTech domain (preferably on the Supply side)
• Experience with SSP/exchange tools
• Experience with CRMs, Google workspace, Atlassian tools
• Knowledge of bid request tools and reporting tools (i.e. Looker, proprietary reporting systems)
• Experience in device QA/testing
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an international, distributed team
