What You’ll Do & Who You Are

At Kleinanzeigen, we boost customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and collaborating with Product, Commercial, and Tech teams, ensuring a safe and seamless shopping experience for our private users. We share user insights across the business supporting future product development.

Come join our Customer Service team in this working student position (from now on, 20h/week).

What You'll Do

• Support the Customer Service team on different projects, data interpretation, reporting and reviewing existing workflows.
• Identify automation potentials to streamline processes.
• Support the onboarding of a new offshore call centre partner.
• Contribute to projects focused on optimizing user-generated content (ad and message moderation).
• Conduct research projects to deepen our understanding of the customer journey.
  
  

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled at a German university with at least one year of studies remaining.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in re-commerce and empathy for end-customer needs.
• Proven experience contributing to high-impact projects, showcasing effective collaboration and adherence to timelines.
• Comfortable with data analysis and enjoy leveraging analytical insights for decision-making.
• Possess relevant experience in the e-commerce sector (e.g., Consulting, Customer Operations, Analytics).
• Fluency in German and English (B2 level).
