In order to support their growing team, they are looking for a Junior Investment Professional (at Associate/Senior Associate level) to join their Berlin office. This is a great opportunity for a tech industry professional in AI, product development or related fields to become an investor.

What the job involves

• Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities
• Conducting due diligence on potential investments
• Creating financial models, valuation assessments, and investment memos
• Supporting portfolio companies with strategy and growth
• Preparing investment memos and presentations
• Building relationships with founders and industry experts
• Tracking portfolio performance and market developments
  
  

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic background in business, finance, or STEM preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in technology, product development, or AI-related fields
• True interest in innovation and the tech ecosystem
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial sense
• Down-to-earth personality with strong teamwork skills
• Fluent in German and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
