Who we're looking for:
We're growing fast and looking for enthusiastic and motivated Software Implementation Engineers who are passionate about both technology and sustainability. As part of our team, you'll contribute to the development of tools that help companies make more informed and responsible decisions. This is a permanent, full-time role. Successful candidates will receive a permanent employment contract, regardless of location
The role:
Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and help collect the right data to understand their system environments
Assist with mapping data and collaborate with domain experts to ensure smooth integration workflows
Lead training sessions for end-users
Offer technical support to customers during the software implementation and deployment stages
Help create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specs
Work alongside cross-functional teams (including pre-sales, product leads, engineers, and domain experts) to ensure smooth and successful deployments for customers
Job requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
1-3 years of experience in software implementation, data management, or a related area
Experience working with data and familiar with data integration tools
A good understanding of corporate software environments, such as PDM or ERP systems
Solid foundation in database design and SQL
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or C++)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Comfort with using software tools for data manipulation and analysis
Creative thinker with the ability to approach problems from new perspectives
Curiosity and eagerness to find innovative solutions to complex data challenges
Must be residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU
