Your mission

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and support both the engineering and finance teams. In this role, you will focus on building tools and automations that improve how we measure delivery performance and track budgets. You’ll be part of strategic initiatives and gain exposure to a wide range of PMO tasks.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Develop scripts to simplify and automate time tracking for our teams
• Build dashboards and automations to collect and analyze delivery and performance KPIs from tools like Jira and GitLab
• Support controlling and reporting tasks to ensure correct billing
• Support general project coordination and documentation tasks
• Contribute to the optimization of internal PMO processes
  
  

Your profile

• You’re passionate about data and love making things measurable, visible, and actionable
• You have experience writing scripts to automate repetitive tasks (e.g. with Python, JavaScript, or similar tools)
• You enjoy organizing, structuring, and improving workflows
• You’re a creative mind who thinks outside the box and proactively brings in new ideas
• Currently enrolled at a German university (e.g. Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related)
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with Jira/GitLab or BI tools is a plus
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
