This Is You

• Experienced in agile values and principles as well as frameworks such as Scrum, scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus), Kanban, XP, Lean, and systems thinking/complexity theory.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and organizational talent.
• Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands effectively.
• Reliable, communicative, and self-driven team player.
• What would excite us (but not a must): previous experience in E-Commerce – familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) – Scrum Master certification – experience with multicultural and distributed teams.

The minimum salary for this position is €42,532 gross per year (full-time). Depending on qualifications and education, overpayment is possible based on professional experience and market standards.
