Our team is made of over 80 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story. We are currently looking for a Website Analyst to join our Website team. You will work closely with a Product Manager to deliver data-driven insights that optimize and steer our e-commerce growth to new heights.

Your Tasks

• Own and improve data quality, tracking, and reporting infrastructure for our website.
• Set up and maintain real-time monitoring for key website metrics.
• Lead ad-hoc analysis to support fast-moving product decisions and incident investigations.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, Data and Marketing teams to align on goals and define the metrics that matter.
• Proactively communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  
  

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a website, product, business or data analyst, ideally in the tech start-up environment.
• Deep knowledge of GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, BigQuery, and dbt Cloud.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Looker Studio for building clear, actionable dashboards.
• Good understanding of statistical and mathematical analysis techniques, including regression, extrapolation, time series analysis, forecasting and hypothesis testing.
• Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• A team player, open to new ideas, and excited about taking responsibility in a young startup to grow together with us.
• Excellent English skills.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with planning and analyzing A/B tests.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.
• Language proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, or Korean are a plus.
