Birn+Partners is a fast-growing international Executive Search and HR consultancy with offices across Europe. As part of our strategic expansion in Germany, we are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Director to establish and lead our presence in Berlin.

Your Role

As Regional Director, you will drive the setup, growth, and success of our operations in the Berlin metropolitan area. You will lead from the front – building a team of top-tier consultants, acquiring key clients, and shaping the regional strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Executive Search and HR consultants.
• Client Development: Acquire and grow a strong portfolio of clients, leveraging the Birn+Partners brand and network.
• Profit & Loss Responsibility: Own and manage regional performance following your business plan.
• Strategic Leadership: Implement and adapt strategies aligned with national and international goals, reporting to the Managing Director Germany.
• Path to Partnership: If you and your team exceed a predefined sales threshold, you will be eligible for equity partnership and participate in the firm's dividend structure.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Work with 1-2 international mentors to further develop your business and leadership impact.
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Proven experience in Executive Search and/or HR Consultancy, ideally in a leadership or business development role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• A strong commercial track record with full P&L responsibility.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client service and business growth.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Ready to work independently and drive your own success - with the support of an established international brand.
