As our new Senior Data & Analytics Manager, you will be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making across the company.
You will develop scalable data models, build self-service analytics structures, and create smart data products that empower our teams to make data driven decisions. You act as a strategic sparring partner for our Teams, advance the development of our data infrastructure, and build a strong and BI Team.

Your role with us
As our new Senior Data & Analytics Manager, you will be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making across the company.
You will develop scalable data models, build self-service analytics structures, and create smart data products that empower our teams to make data driven decisions. You act as a strategic sparring partner for our Teams, advance the development of our data infrastructure, and build a strong and BI Team.
- You will be a close business partner for our teams and work with colleagues to translate their business requirements into actionable data solutions and support them in decision making
- You will mentor our Data Analyst and build up a strong, versatile data department
- You will build and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting requirements
- You will develop and optimize data products to enable self-service analytics within the company
- You will develop our data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and delivery
- You will ensure data quality through test frameworks, validation processes, and comprehensive documentation
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst or Data Generalist
- Your expertise includes strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data transformation tools like dbt and visualization tools such as Tableau
- You are working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
- You have a data-first mindset and take pride in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all analytics and reporting outputs
- Collaboration with stakeholders to define metrics and enable data-driven decisions is one of your strengths
- You are a strong teamplayer with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You bring strategic thinking, but also knowing the importance of details
- A deep understanding of data modeling concepts enables you to efficiently structure datasets
