Job DescriptionAs a Visual Designer at Sponge Compliance,  you’ll contribute to crafting intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital learning experiences that drive meaningful behaviour change.
You’ll be confident creating digital interfaces, illustrations, layouts and animations, and collaborating with others across disciplines to bring content to life through design. You’ll support the development and consistency of our design system, and help maintain our high standards across our portfolios.Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with a strong portfolio of digital design work.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.
• Experience creating animations and using animation tools (e.g. Adobe After Effects or similar).
• Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards and designing for inclusivity.
• Collaborative, proactive approach with strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver visually engaging designs for interfaces, graphics and animations across our off-the-shelf and bespoke training products.
• Support the ongoing development and application of our design system to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Collaborate with visual designers, developers, learning designers, and project managers to ensure smooth implementation of visual concepts.
• Balance creativity with usability and learner focus, using feedback to iterate and refine designs.
• Meet project timelines and quality expectations, actively contributing to process improvement.
