A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student in Cybersecurity and Project Management, you will assist our cybersecurity team in safeguarding the organization's data and digital assets while supporting various project management tasks. This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in computer science, information security, business administration, or related fields, and provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Support the structuring and documentation of existing and new business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met for cybersecurity projects
• Support coordinate communication between teams, ensuring project stakeholders are updated on progress
• Help create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and status reports
• Support in preparing presentations for meetings and management
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging cybersecurity trends
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Currently studying Administrative Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Management, IT-Management, or a related course of study
• Very good knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint
• English business fluent, German a Plus
• Initial project management experience and experience in process modelling
• Cyber Security knowledge and programming skills are a plus
• Certificate or good knowledge about cyber security standards, for example ISO27001 and IEC 62443
