Your responsibilities:
Build and maintain scalable backend services using
PHP 8.4 (Symfony 7)
and
Scala
Design robust APIs and integrate across services
Write clean, testable code with a strong focus on maintainability and performance
Develop and support features powered by generative AI, bringing intelligence to our product
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to ship end-to-end features
Drive initiatives that improve our software architecture and scalability
Continuously contribute to our engineering culture by sharing knowledge and challenging the status quo
We expect:
4+ years of professional experience in backend development
Solid understanding of SQL and experience building scalable data platforms
Hands-on experience with Symfony or Laravel
A strong testing and debugging mindset
Experience building or integrating features with GenerativeAI, or a strong interest in learning
Clear and confident English communication skills in both writing and verbal skills
A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do; you seek clarity, drive ideas forward, and own your work
