Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and attracting top talent through various sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience while meeting organizational hiring goals
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), networking tools, and direct outreach

Maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent aligned with current and future hiring needs
Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, performing reference checks, and negotiating offers

Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey
Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Collaborate with managers to craft compelling job descriptions and design innovative recruitment processes

Support workforce planning efforts through strategic hiring analysis
Systems & Reporting

Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar platforms to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows

Identify and analyze key recruiting metrics (e.g., reach-out response rates, funnel health, time to hire) to inform decision-making and optimize results

Qualifications

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and talent acquisition best practices
