Klim
At Klim, we’re creating a joint movement with farmers and businesses to make regenerative agriculture scalable and impactful. As a Berlin-based AgriTech start-up, we’re empowering farmers to restore soil, boost biodiversity, and capture carbon—all while earning revenue through our platform.

Backed by $22 million in Series A funding, we’re expanding globally, partnering with major food industry leaders like Nestlé and Kaufland to help them reduce emissions along their supply chains, while making them more resilient and profitable at the same time. Since 2020, we’ve supported 4,000 farmers, covering 800,000 hectares (5% of Germany’s farmland!) and we are now the number 1 provider for Scope 3 solutions in Europe!

If you’re passionate about building a sustainable food system and driving real climate impact, join us and help create a healthier planet!

Your mission:

As Klim’s first Revenue Operations hire, you’ll build the foundation for how we run, track, and scale our commercial engine. From streamlining our CRM and processes to shaping how data drives our decisions, you’ll be the go-to person for bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-growing sales team.

This is a builder’s role, you’ll define best practices, connect tools, and turn raw data into insights that move the needle. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to make sure everything flows smoothly from first touch to signed deal (and beyond).

If you’re excited by systems, love building clean workflows, and want to help accelerate climate action through better operations, we’d love to have you on the team!

Please note you need to be a resident and based in Germany.

Your responsibilities:

  • Process & CRM management
    • Own and improve CRM (Pipedrive/Salesforce) data quality, workflows, and pipeline management.
    • Develop and maintain scalable sales processes, including lead scoring, routing, and follow-up mechanisms.
    • Ensure documentation and adoption of sales best practices across the team.
  • Data analysis & reporting
    • Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
    • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and management to support data-driven decisions.
    • Analyze win/loss data and propose strategies for pipeline improvement.
  • Tooling & enablement
    • Own the sales tech stack, ensuring integrations between CRM, communication tools, and reporting systems.
    • Provide onboarding and ongoing training to the sales team on tools and processes.
    • Coordinate the development of sales collateral in collaboration with Marketing.
    • Sales cases for convincing customers
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Work with Marketing to ensure lead flow is optimized and well-documented.
    • Align with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless handovers and partner satisfaction.
    • Support Finance with deal desk operations, pricing governance, and contract process improvements.
Your profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in a B2B environment.
  • Proven expertise in CRM management (preferably Pipedrive or Salesforce) and sales tooling.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel/Sheets, BI tools, or CRM dashboards.
  • Excellent process design and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A proactive and hands-on attitude, with a passion for making a positive impact on climate and agriculture.
  • Experience in the climate tech, agriculture, or food value chain sectors is a plus!

Your benefits:

  • Opportunity: Be part of our journey from the very beginning, working on an equal footing with the leadership team to build a new company.
  • Impact: Make a daily and active contribution to combating climate change, promoting consumer education, and fostering fair conditions for our climate-conscious farmers.
  • Autonomy: Take ownership of your projects and enjoy a high degree of creative freedom.
  • Flexible work model: At Klim, we foster a flexible, hybrid work approach and facilitate remote work (within the EU). It is advantageous for this role if you live in Berlin or can be present in our office regularly.
  • Additional benefits for full time, permanent employees: We offer membership in the Urban Sports Club or subsidisation of the Deutschlandticket, a company pension scheme, plus team lunches (if based in Berlin) and regular team events.

At Klim, we believe that a thriving workplace is built on the diverse backgrounds, talents, and perspectives of our team. We grow stronger together by embracing and building on each individual’s unique strengths.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. All hiring and personnel decisions are made solely based on qualifications, performance, and the needs of the company—ensuring fairness and equal opportunity for all.

If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. You might be the perfect fit for our team in ways you don’t yet realise!
