We are seeking an experienced Renewal Manager to join our EMEA sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our software subscriptions, ensuring customer & partner satisfaction, and maximizing retention rates. Additionally, the RM will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth. This role can be remote or from a local Arrow office. Occasional travel inside of Europe may be required.

We are seeking an experienced Renewal Manager to join our EMEA sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the renewal process for our software subscriptions, ensuring customer & partner satisfaction, and maximizing retention rates. Additionally, the RM will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth. This role can be remote or from a local Arrow office. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for software subscriptions.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and renewal rates.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer value.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, partners, and support teams to ensure seamless renewal experiences across the EMEA region.
- Analyze renewal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns related to renewals.
- Prepare and present renewal forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of renewal activities and customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years proven experience in renewal management, preferably in the software industry working for a vendor.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in English is a requirement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling within a subscription-based model is a plus.
