As a Trainee Broker, you will develop sales skills, learn how to engage with clients, and provide top-tier support to traders using our platform. You’ll work with a global team that connects traders to international markets.

Your responsibilities:

• Communicate with new and existing clients via phone and email
• Assist with account openings, platform navigation, deposits and withdrawals, and general inquiries
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing professional and efficient support
• Work closely with our international teams in London, New York, Cyprus, Sofia, Melbourne, Hong Kong and Berlin
• Support webinars and other communication initiatives to improve client engagement
• Help clients navigate our trading platform and services (no investment advice)
  
  

What you bring:

• A completed or near-completed degree (Business, Finance, Economics, etc.)
• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, and brokerage services
• Fluent German (business level) and good English
• Excellent communication skills and a sales-driven mindset
• Proactive, organized, and customer-focused personality
• Motivation to build a long-term career as a Broker or Sales Executive
