Nesperta - an international leader in the beauty industry - is seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand Manager DACH to join our team and lead the growth and development of our Semilac brand in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a well-established and growing brand, working closely with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams.

Brand Manager DACH

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, build customer loyalty, and drive sales in the DACH region, aligning with global objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities by analyzing consumer trends, competitor activity, and local market nuances.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform data-driven decision-making and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Global Marketing, Product, e-commerce and Sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign rollouts.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and increase sales.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across key channels (social media, influencers, etc.) to engage target audiences.
  • Propose new product ideas and marketing initiatives that resonate with DACH audiences.
  • Build and nurture relationships with external partners (distributors, retailers, influencers) to expand brand reach.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the beauty or FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, especially social media channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-cultural, distributed teams.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Native speaker in German and fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Fully remote work environment with occasional travel to our headquarters in Poland.
