At Earlybird, your projects, responsibilities, and tasks will likely include:
You are fully in charge of specific funds. This includes, but is not limited to: Budgeting, treasury, pub
lic authority management and investor reporting

Preparing, compiling, and verifying e
xternal investor and regulatory reports
-
Support in financial audits, overall responsibility over financial statements preparation, and optimizing process workflows

Conducting special analyses and projects, presenting detailed findings for management review

Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned related to fund management
What we hope you bring to the role:
You bring an academic background in business or finance with additional auditing certifications, 2-4 years of experience in "Big 4" firms or similar, and previous auditing experience in private market funds (PE/VC)
Strong aptitude for learning, communication, and quick concept grasping
Demonstrated precision, conscientiousness, and proactive work ethic, and resilience combined with a digital native mindset
Proficiency MS Office, Google Suite, Fundrbird and Vestberry knowledge is considered an asset
Drive the implementation of new software with enthusiasm and energy
Native German, and effective English communication
