Senior Manager Strategic Finance (d/f/m)
to help us shape the future of our organization by leading our transformation projects across Finance, Corporate Governance, HR, IT, and beyond
In this role, you will
partner with teams across the company
to establish processes, build capabilities, and ensure the seamless execution of key transformation projects. You will help us establish
best-in-class frameworks
, foster collaboration, and support transformation at scale

hybrid role

Berlin, Charlottenburg
, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office
Your Role in Our Team
Driving Governance and Finance Transformation
Evaluate
the organization’s current operations, governance, and compliance to
identify gaps that need to be addressed
Develop
concepts
for investor relations, ongoing compliance and reporting standards
Enhance
internal
systems and processes
incl. IT, financial reporting, and internal control systems
Oversee
and support the
execution
of
project results
, integrating compliance, financial reporting, and corporate governance
Work with our
leadership team
to ensure projects are prioritized and drive
real business impact
Leading Project Planning & Execution
Help us
establish and lead projects
, including finance, legal, HR and compliance to drive our transformation to standalone readiness
Work with teams across the company to
define project goals, scope, and milestones
Coordinate and manage work
with external stakeholders
, including financial advisors, auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies to guide through main processes
Help us
monitor progress, address risks, and remove blockers
to keep things moving
Facilitate steering committees and key
decision-making
processes to move initiatives forward
Foster
cross-functional collaboration and change management
by connecting stakeholders and driving alignment
What You Bring to Our Team
4-5+ years of experience
in
consulting and/or corporate finance, managing projects related to capital markets, reporting, M&A, funding / equity financing
A strong background in
organizational change
,
large-scale business transformations and project management
Familiarity with
Agile, Waterfall, Prince2
, or other project management methodologies
An ability to navigate
HR, Finance, and IT
processes and support transformation initiatives
A
hands-on, solution-driven mindset –

Strong analytical skills
and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent
presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills
to engage stakeholders at all levels
Fluency in German and English
(written and spoken)
to collaborate effectively across teams
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Economics, or a related field;
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
