What will you do?
The role as (Senior) Account Manager is highly sales-focused and target-driven, requiring a self-motivated individual with a strong 'hunter' profile. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, while also delivering exceptional customer service to our existing clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
In this position, you will play a key role in upholding Converge's reputation in the market by adhering to our quality standards and trade principles. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to ensure a competitive edge and drive business growth.

What Do You Need
- enthusiastic and commercial mindset.
- bachelor's degree and/or proven successful sales experience in the electronic components industry (+3 years)
- motivated self-starter attitude.
- A strong drive for new business - proactive in pursuing new opportunities and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication skills and genuine enjoyment of phone calls and direct customer interaction.
- Comfort with growth and change, coupled with a positive, entrepreneurial outlook on the future.
- Based in Germany or the DACH region, with the ability to travel locally as needed.
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers
- Customer-orientation and sympathy
- Prospecting and presentation skills
- Technical knowledge of the electronic components industry
- Energy, creativity, and focus
- Excellent command of German and fluency in English
