To expand our team, we are seeking a proactive and dedicated
Sales Enablement Administrator
(d/f/m)
to join us. We have three positions available onsite in Berlin. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager Sales Enablement and support our external Sales Vendors while directly engaging with our valued clients to ensure their satisfaction and success
What you'll do:
Contract Management & Documentation – Process and validate sales contracts, ensure documentation accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and manage approvals
Case Handling & Workflow Coordination – Monitor and track contract-related cases, link them to relevant campaigns, and ensure timely case resolution
Quality Assurance & Compliance – Conduct quality checks on contract submissions, follow up on missing or incorrect details, and ensure compliance with internal policies
Customer & Vendor Communication – Confirm contract receipt, communicate updates to dealers, and coordinate between sales vendors and internal teams
Process Management – processes various contract forms, amendments and terminations and ensure correct case handling

Systems – Support the onboarding of new employees by ensuring correct system access, guiding them through key processes, and assisting with initial system-related questions
Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders – Work closely with various internal teams such as Sales Excellence and Business Systems Integration to align processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless cooperation between departments
Reporting & Issue Tracking – Track and follow up on open cases, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and escalate issues through Jira when needed
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales operations, or a related field
Experience in backoffice support, contract management, or CRM processes
Detail-oriented and structured approach to handling tasks and workflows
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and case management systems (Jira)
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to optimize processes
Fluency in German (min. B2) and English
