Sales Enablement Administrator

(d/f/m)


to join us. We have three positions available onsite in Berlin. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager Sales Enablement and support our external Sales Vendors while directly engaging with our valued clients to ensure their satisfaction and success


What you'll do:


  • Contract Management & Documentation – Process and validate sales contracts, ensure documentation accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and manage approvals


  • Case Handling & Workflow Coordination – Monitor and track contract-related cases, link them to relevant campaigns, and ensure timely case resolution


  • Quality Assurance & Compliance – Conduct quality checks on contract submissions, follow up on missing or incorrect details, and ensure compliance with internal policies


  • Customer & Vendor Communication – Confirm contract receipt, communicate updates to dealers, and coordinate between sales vendors and internal teams


  • Process Management – processes various contract forms, amendments and terminations and ensure correct case handling


  • Employee Onboarding in

    Mobile.de

    Systems – Support the onboarding of new employees by ensuring correct system access, guiding them through key processes, and assisting with initial system-related questions


  • Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders – Work closely with various internal teams such as Sales Excellence and Business Systems Integration to align processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless cooperation between departments

  • Reporting & Issue Tracking – Track and follow up on open cases, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and escalate issues through Jira when needed


Who you are:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales operations, or a related field


  • Experience in backoffice support, contract management, or CRM processes


  • Detail-oriented and structured approach to handling tasks and workflows


  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners


  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and case management systems (Jira)


  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to optimize processes


  • Fluency in German (min. B2) and English
