What You Will Be Doing

• Crafting and developing top-notch AI automations to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and deliver scalable solutions across various applications
• Testing cutting-edge AI tools like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, integrating them into our development process to evaluate and improve their utility

Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities

Designing and deploying advanced, fully-automated AI systems that operate without human intervention for scalable impact

Basic Requirements

• An AI-First Mindset (if you prefer writing code first and using AI tools second, this role may not be for you)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Expertise in Python and AWS
• Knowledge of GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Proven experience in implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative outcomes
• Experience using different LLM APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
