Your Mission During the Program:

Whom We’re Looking For: 

We’re seeking energetic, Dutch/German/Hebrew-speaking graduates who are eager to jump into sales and digital marketing. Key qualifications include:

• Native in Dutch, German or Hebrew and at least B2 level in English 
• Taking initiatives and acting proactively   
• Capable of working independently and solving problems   
• Inter-cultural competence   
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• Active listening skills   
• Technology Aptitude
• Interest and curiosity in digital and technology topics   
  
  

What we offer: 

• Competitive salary of €33,000 gross annually (€2,750 gross per month) 
• Performance bonuses up to €7,500 annually. 
• 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:15 pm.

What Happens Next? 

Ace the program, and you’ll be stepping up as a Sales and Marketing Agent. In this role, you’ll: 

• Be a digital marketing advisor to our advertisers. 
• Share expert advice on social media strategies. 
• Analyze and optimize social media ad campaigns. 
• Connect with advertisers to fine-tune their campaigns and budgets.
