We are looking for a Media Manager to join our Brand & Media Management Team of 10 passionate professionals. In this role, you will take ownership of impactful brand media initiatives across offline channels, with a particular focus on podcast advertising. You'll steer media campaigns from strategy to execution, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen flaconi's brand presence in the DACH region and beyond.

• Develop, manage, and optimize media strategies for offline channels including TV, Radio, Out-of-Home (OOH), Podcasts, and Print across multiple markets.
• Own our podcast advertising business end-to-end: from planning and negotiating to briefing, execution, and performance optimization.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, ensuring media effectiveness and budget efficiency through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners, maintaining transparent communication and ensuring campaigns align with flaconi's brand goals.
• Drive projects from concept to completion, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track.
• Several years of hands-on experience planning and executing offline media campaigns (TV, Radio, OOH, Print), ideally in the DACH region.
• Deep understanding of podcast advertising, with proven experience in planning, buying, and optimizing campaigns—plus a genuine passion for the medium.
• Strong analytical skills and confident using tools like Excel, Tableau, YouGov, or MDS to track, report, and optimize media performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align and manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, capable of steering multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience working in or with media agencies is a plus.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1); interest in beauty and E-commerce is a bonus.
• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 42,800€ and 58,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
