Versatility is your great talent and you want the same from your job? As Junior Recruiting Manager Entertainment Services (f⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, you can expect not only a varied job in the entertainment team – you will also immerse yourself in the world of seafaring!

• 
  Recruiting the entertainment positions to be filled on board the
  
  Mein Schiff
  
  and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises fleets (focus on technician positions), taking into account the job requirements and specifications of the operational departments, this includes, among other things:
  
  
• 
  Processing of job advertisements
  
• 
  Processing incoming applications
  
• 
  Pre-selection of applicants, also in close cooperation with international recruitment agencies
  
• 
  Coordination and organization of job interviews
  
• 
  Conducting job interviews in collaboration with the operational departments
  
• 
  Briefings on contract conditions and life on board
  
• 
  Contract and fee negotiations as part of the recruitment process (taking budget requirements into account)
  
• 
  Close cooperation with the scheduling team with regard to deployment plans and filling vacancies
  
• 
  overview and coordination of personnel marketing measures (online & print products, social media) for the responsible positions in consultation with the sea chefs marketing manager
  
• 
  Planning and implementation of trade fairs and information events (presentations at vocational schools)
  
• 
  If required, conception and implementation of cooperations with schools, training centers & universities
  
• 
  Regular reporting and documentation
  
• 
  Assisting with administration and organization in the department
  

Your course & your talents

What you bring with you:

• 
  – Completed training and/or studies with a focus on personnel/human resources and/or theater/cultural management, alternatively relevant professional experience
  
• 
  Ideally initial experience in the recruiting sector
  
• 
  Professional experience on board a cruise ship and/or in the entertainment sector is an advantage
  
• 
  Willingness to familiarize yourself with the field of personnel marketing
  
• 
  Willingness to travel
  
• 
  Affinity with the content of the area to be supported
  
• 
  Ability to work within budget while adhering to economic targets
  
• 
  Strong teamwork and communication skills
  
• 
  Organizational talent, independence and the ability to motivate employees
  
• 
  Ability to work under pressure, reliability and integrity
  
• 
  Confident IT skills (especially MS Office)
  
• 
  Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
