• Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
• Quantitative und qualitative Annahme und Kontrolle von Kundenware
• Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsbearbeitung physisch und per EDV
• Einlagerung und Verwaltung von Kundenware über das Warenwirtschaftssystem
• Bearbeitung/Ausführung von eingehenden Kundenaufträgen über das Warenwirtschaftssystem
• Versand- und Verpackungsarbeiten
• Pflegen des Lager- und Bürobereichs zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs
• Führen und Bearbeiten von Telefonaten und sonstigem Schriftverkehr
• Beauftragung von Spediteuren zur Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen und Durchführung von Rechnungskontrollen nach Vorgaben
• Erstellung von Qualitätsberichten
• Pflegen von Kundendaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
• Bereitschaftsdienst außerhalb der Standortöffnungszeiten
  
  

Voraussetzungen / Anforderungen

• abgeschlossene Ausbildung wünschenswert
• Gabelstaplerführerschein wünschenswert
• Berufserfahrung in der Lagerhaltung erwünscht
• Computerkenntnisse erwünscht
• Flexibilität, Engagement, Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit
