Sitting at the intersection of storytelling, product, and go-to-market, our mission is to make Payrails instinctively understood, relevant, and trusted by modern enterprises around the globe.

How you will make an impact

  • Own how we position and talk about Payrails crafting clear, compelling messaging that reflects the depth of our product and our ambitions
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches turning technical capabilities into stories that resonate and drive adoption
  • Partner closely with Product, GTM, and Marketing to ensure we’re aligned across the entire funnel from pitch decks to landing pages
  • Build a deep understanding of our customers, use cases, and the problem space, and turn that into sharp messaging, content, and enablement
  • Create high-quality materials that make our product easy to understand and impossible to resist from one-pagers and pitch decks to web copy and onboarding flows
  • Set a high standard for quality and precision in everything we ship, helping Payrails stand out through clarity, craft, and consistency

What we are looking for

  • You bring 10+ years of experience in product marketing or go-to-market roles at fast-growing tech or SaaS companies with a proven ability to shape messaging, drive adoption, and support complex launches
  • You’re a strategic thinker and a clear writer, someone who can distill technical depth into crisp, credible messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers
  • You’ve owned full go-to-market motions and know how to work cross-functionally across Product, GTM, and Marketing to make them land as planned
  • You’re a builder at heart energized by ambiguity, motivated by impact, and excited to shape the product marketing function from the ground up
  • You set a high bar for quality, whether it’s a headline, a customer deck, or a positioning doc, you obsess the details
  • You understand how to influence growth, not just through messaging, but through the full customer journey
  • You take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about doing work that’s thoughtful, accurate, and impactful
  • You bring effective written and verbal communication skills
