How you will make an impact
- Take ownership of hands-on internal IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functionality.
- Manage core IT infrastructure, including user account provisioning, security controls, and access management.
- Oversee our Mac laptop fleet, enforce MDM deployments, and maintain endpoint security compliance.
- Develop automation-driven solutions to streamline IT workflows, such as onboarding, offboarding, and other operational processes.
- Provide responsive helpdesk support, troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing user experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- You have strong knowledge of macOS and Apple MDM solutions.
- You are well versed in Google Workspace.
- You have experience with Golang, Python, or Bash.
- Knowledge of Terraform is a plus.
- You have the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
- You have excellent communication skills and a user-friendly approach to support.
